During afternoon snack I was relaying to my assistant that Adam’s granddad would be picking him up. So I engaged him in conversation…

“Adam, who’s picking you up today?” – Ms. Amanda

“Pop-pop” – Adam

“What’s his real name?” -Ms. Amanda

Adam looked at me with a rather confused look and repeated himself rather forcefully, “POP-POP” as if I hadn’t heard him the first time.

“Of course it is, what else would his name be.” -Ms. Amanda
